Muhcine Ennou is a self-taught Moroccan artist, director and photographer based in Amsterdam, working across photography, CGI and film. His project Conflict presents portraits as diptychs that pair strangers from different backgrounds and social classes, inviting viewers to imagine their conversation. His photograph in GPP's No Place Like Home (2018) was taken when he felt torn between Morocco and the Netherlands, both home to him, and set out to photograph places that held sentimental value. His work has been shown in the Netherlands, the UAE, Kuwait, Japan, France, Ivory Coast and Morocco, including at the Nederlands Fotomuseum and Art Dubai.
