UAE delivery
Dubai — same-day
Available for film, photo books, and cameras only. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Sat) qualify for same-day delivery within Dubai. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the following business day.
- Delivery fee: AED 50
UAE-wide
Standard delivery across the UAE takes 2–3 business days.
- Shipping fee: AED 40
International shipping
International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, excluding customs processing times. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Editions & prints
Editions and prints are processed separately from our standard products.
- Editions: require an additional 2–3 business days of processing on top of standard shipping.
- Print orders: please check directly with our Print Master for estimated turnaround — framed and large-format jobs add further lead time.
Film lab — Carmencita (Spain)
If you've sent your film to Carmencita Film Lab via GPP, expect a 6–10 working day turnaround. Shipments leave GPP every Tuesday.
