Learn essential health and safety guidelines and how to use artificial lighting techniques to your subject’s advantage. The workshop will end with a post-processing demonstration and you'll also receive a video from your instructor, covering image-editing best practices. At the end of the workshop you will leave feeling confident to tackle this rewarding photography discipline.

Please note:

  • Shooting time may be limited to ensure the comfort and safety of our models. 
  • All images taken during the workshop must not be shared online without the express, written permission of the model’s parents.
  • We'll need to turn up to heat to keep our babies nice and warm in the studio, we recommend wearing loose clothing.
  • For health and safety reasons, students will not be allowed to touch the newborn models.
  • This workshop has a maximum number of 6 students.

  • Suitable for those who have completed our Photography Level 1 and Photography Level 2 workshops. 
  • If you have attended our Introduction to Studio Lighting workshop you will be equipped to benefit most fully from this workshop as we will be working with studio lights.

  • Empty memory card for your camera with an identifying mark

Cancellation Policy
  • If cancelled 7 days prior to the start of your workshop, you will be issued a 90% refund or may be rescheduled to another date(s).
  • If cancelled a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of your workshop, no refund is possible, but you may be rescheduled to another workshop date(s).
  • If cancelled less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance of your workshop, no refund and no reschedule is possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • GPP reserves the right to change the location of any workshop to another location within the same city and/or emirate as deemed needful in accordance with management discretion.
  • Workshops can be rescheduled within 3 months of the originally booked workshop date(s).
  • Bookings can only be transferred ONCE, including in the event of a workshop relocation. If you transfer your workshop booking and later wish to cancel it, we will unfortunately not be able to refund or reschedule you under any circumstances.
  • You must be 18 or older to attend this workshop. If you are younger than 18 or booking for someone under 18 years of age, please contact us first and we will be happy to advise you.
Please Note: Our classes are open to ANY brand of camera: Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Fuji and any other intermediate to advanced cameras (As long as they have manual controls i.e. NOT point-and-shoots) are welcome!
