Hahnemühle William Turner® 190gsm
Hahnemühle William Turner® 190gsm brings the distinctive mould-made watercolour paper aesthetic to a lighter 190gsm weight — making it more accessible for high-volume applications, large format prints, and portfolio work where the heaviness of the 310gsm version isn't required. The textured surface still gives prints a strong three-dimensional quality, but the lighter weight makes it easier to handle, display in folios, and ship flat.

At 190gsm with 100% alpha-cellulose, OBA-free construction, and acid-free properties, William Turner 190 delivers the characteristic warm-tone matte quality of a mould-made paper without the cost premium of the heavier cotton version. Detail and colour reproduction are strong; the texture adds depth without overwhelming the inkjet coating.
At GPP, the 190gsm William Turner is often recommended to clients who want a textured art paper for larger prints or edition runs where cost matters, or for those who want the watercolour look without the full weight of the 310gsm. It's also a strong option for editorial-style photography prints and artists reproducing smaller-format work.
