Epson Enhanced Matte 189gsm

Epson Enhanced Matte 189gsm is a high-quality everyday photo paper — smooth, flat, bright-white matte, and optimised to work with Epson's pigment ink systems. At 189gsm it's lighter than the fine art papers but produces a clean, sharp result with vivid colour reproduction (40% wider colour gamut than earlier Epson double-weight papers). For day-to-day photography prints, posters, and display work, it's a sharp, cost-effective choice.

The bright-white base and non-glare flat matte surface make it ideal for prints that will be viewed under artificial lighting or in environments where glare would be an issue. It performs well for both colour and black-and-white photography, with good shadow reproduction and clean highlights. Not an archival fine art paper — this is a quality photo paper for display and working prints, not long-term collection storage.
