The Peachness of Peaches' is inspired by the Arabic proverb ‘†بكرة†في†المشمش†’ ‘tomorrow there will be apricots.’ This is part of Augustine Paredes’ artist book Conversations at the end of the universe, a collection of poetry and photographs that examine the ephemerality of human existence.
