Find Your Colours

Earlier this year, Gulf Photo Plus and JOTUN launched a month-long open call where we asked you: “Where do you find your colours in Arabia?”. We received more than 2000 submissions from across all four corners of the Arab world, shining a light on our cities, mountains, coasts, and people. From architecture to landscape, street to portraiture, your photographs reveal a region rich in life, beauty, and colour.

Narrowing all those submissions down was no easy task, but with the help of Moath Alofi (@moathalofi), Rana Khadra (@ranakhadra), Sofiane Si Merabet (@theconfusedarab), Mohamed Somji (@msomji), and Noha Zayed (@nohazayed), we’ve put together a selection of photographs that represents some of the best up and coming talent from across the Middle East. This exhibition features 21 of our favourite images, including the winners of the five grand prizes, as well as a larger selection of images that inspired us, that you can find on the video wall.
