Sheikh Zayed Bridge - The Human Angle
H.E . Wolfgang Amadeus Bruelhart, Ambassador of Switzerland accredited to the U.A.E., invites visitors to the inauguration of the photo exhibition entitled “Sheikh Zayed Bridge – The Human Angle” through the lens of Roy Lengweiler – Photographer, on Sunday 24 June 2012 at 17h00 at Ghaf Gallery, Abu Dhabi.
The images exhibited portray the story behind the scenes in the creation of the Sheikh Zayed Bridge, completed 2010 in Abu Dhabi as designed by celebrated architect, Zaha Hadid. The photographs reveal the everyday lives of the workers involved in the project while on site, as well as highlighting the technical challenges of the bridges construction.
The exhibition will remain open to public for three days from 24 till 26 June 2012.
