Wilbur Smith is a South African born and raised still life, conceptual portraiture photographer, and videographer, based in Dubai, UAE.

He is a self-taught creative who took on film and photography as a hobby, which very quickly grew into his passion. He has acquired more than seven years professional photography experience working on exceptional inspiring projects that require intuitive and innovative styles.

He believes in the ‘story’ behind his imagery. He is a photographer driven by art, creativity, and inspiration. The ‘story’ that goes into the making of a photograph and film is what’s important.

He craves to do something different and creative every moment of his professional life. He strives for perfection and attention to detail in all his work. Wilbur's work has been published in various publications such as Citizen K and WatchTime Middle east. He has a love for teaching people the beauty of capturing moments .
