Landscape Photography Editing in Lightroom and Photoshop

Have you ever taken a picture with your DSLR camera and wondered why the images you've captured do not look the same as to what you see online?  This hands on workshop is designed to change that.  Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Expert RC Concepcion takes you step by step through the common problems individuals face when capturing pictures out in the field, and gives you techniques to make sure you are capturing the very best pictures.  You'll then spend the workshop learning tried and true techniques in editing both in Camera Raw and the Lightroom Develop module  Finally - you'll cover how to use some of the new features of Photoshop CC 2018 (Color / Luminance Range Masking) to make sure those images POP.

You are familiar with aperture, shutter, ISO and understand how these work together to create a correct exposure. You shoot in Aperture or Shutter Priority modes and can use the basic features on your digital camera confidently.

You have a basic understanding of the entry-level image adjustment features of Photoshop and can apply simple enhancements to your work (i.e. saturation, contrast, brightness..etc).

You are looking to consolidate your understanding, increase your repertoire of tools and learn some more creative techniques.


To take part in this workshop, you also need to have a good understanding of Photoshop basic tools and Lightroom interface, as the instructor will not be able to give you personal attention if you are not at the right level for this class. If you'd like to catch up on this knowledge, please consider taking GPP’s regular workshop Introduction to Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom Level 1.
