About the Instructor
Matt Armendariz
Matt Armendariz began his career as an art and creative director in the food world, but it was the photographic process that energized, thrilled, and motivated him enough to trade in the cubicle for a camera. As a commercial photographer, Matt now explores the world through food for a variety of editorial and advertising clients such as Target, Food Network, Cooking Channel, and Coca Cola, as well as various book publishers and publications. His most recent projects include a year-long food campaign for Target and a cookbook (the 30th that he has photographed) that will be released this year.
Matt is based in Los Angeles, California.
