Urban Landscapes and Post-processing (SAT & SUN)

Elia Locardi | Photography - Intermediate

Dubai has one of the most fascinating urban landscapes in the world and this hands-on workshop is designed to give you the opportunity to learn how to photograph and post-process some of the great angles this city has to offer. Join Elia Locardi as he walks you through the technical and creative skills needed to create stunning imagery both in-the-field and in post-processing.

On Day 1, we will be shooting a couple of different locations starting with an early morning and sunrise shoot, ending with a sunset and blue hour. Different in-camera techniques will be covered along with instruction on how to best compose and capture visually stunning cityscape photography.

On Day 2, we’ll head into the classroom and learn how to edit the images we captured in the field. This portion of the workshop will build on core photography principles, while focusing specifically on Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and post-processing techniques including Adobe Camera RAW editing, exposure blending, layering, masking, color correction, and detail enhancement.
