    Hi Yazan, Interesting photo! I like how you placed the horizon across the center of the image to show us the reflections. I think the zoom effect was a good idea here, otherwise the scene may not have had much going on.... lots of black sky. When you get the chance, try to take these images at dusk while there is still a little color in the sky. As far as your settings, if you weren't zooming I might have suggested a tripod and/or a wider aperture so you could keep your shutter speed at least 1/60 and keep your ISO a bit lower. Here because you are zooming to get light trails any blurriness or noise is fairly well hidden. Nice job.
