Artist Statement
In describing this image, Sergio Miranda explained,
“Colours rule my life. Even if I would try to stop them, they could find their way to victory. It´s not my Kingdom, but theirs. My Pictures are only slaves of their joy, and through colours I release my fears and loves; I release my inner demons and ancient spirits. And so I let them be, through me and my self. The best reverence I can think off for them”
Artist Bio
Sergio Miranda is a South American photographer who was born in Patagonia Argentina in 1981. He studied fine arts in high school, and -at the age of seventeen- he traveled to Buenos Aires to study Photography and Cinematography.
For more than ten years he assisted fashion and advertising photographers. And also became an expert in digital retouch, doing post-production for professional studios from South America.
He has shown his work in contemporary art galleries from Buenos Aires and the interior of Argentina, counting more than 10 exhibitions and participating on several short films as a Director of Photography.
The last three years he worked as a Photo Editor in a Patagonian magazine called NochePolar, supervising the photography of the entire magazine, and also shooting the fashion issue and covers for the magazine, monthly.
One month ago he moved to Bahrain, to work in an advertising agency, and also to explore a new path of the world.

Print Information
All limited editions print purchased will be accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the photographer verifying the edition number and authenticity of the print. This fine art photographic print was made using the best quality materials available to insure long-lasting permanence of inks. The print has an estimated life-span of greater than 100 years (for further info see www.epson.com).
The photograph was printed on EPSON Hot Press Bright, Acid-Free, 100% Cotton Rag Fine Art Paper using pigment-based chromium inks. The print surface should not be touched. Professional mounting and framing will help to maximize the longevity of this print. It should be framed using acid-free materials and placed behind glass using a window-mount that prevents the glass from directly touching the print's surface. To further ensure maximum longevity avoid placing the print in bright, sunny rooms where there are high levels of UV radiation, or in humid environment which will also contribute to its deterioration. Ideally, artificial lighting in a dry environment is the preferred option. With proper care and handling, this fine art photographic print will provide pleasure for generations to come.
