GPP Market Day

On Saturday, September 26th (a socially distanced) Market Day is coming back! Whether you've got great, pre-loved gear you're trying to sell or you’re on the lookout for a bargain on second-hand equipment, join us for GPP Market Day at Gulf Photo Plus!

Seller registration is now closed. If you would like to sell on the day but have not pre-registered, please email us at info@gulfphotoplus.com and we will put you on our waiting list for any cancellations we receive.

Market Day | Social Distancing & Entry Policy:

This year, in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we understand we need to do things a little differently.  Please note the following:

• You must wear a facemask at all times and we also recommend wearing gloves.
• Buyers: We will be limiting the number of visitors to our space throughout market day to allow for social distancing. Please be aware that you may be asked to wait until we have space to allow you inside.
• Sellers: We will be limiting the number of sellers to allow for social distancing measures. It is essential that you register to sell. If you do not register you will not be permitted to sell on the day.

Why do we do it?

At Market Day you can directly meet the seller, try before you buy, and negotiate a cost face-to-face. It's also a great place to meet new people and find a shooting buddy for your next adventure!

Where and when?
Saturday, On Saturday, September 26th, 5PM - 7PM at Gulf Photo Plus in Alserkal Avenue.

How can I participate?

If you're looking to buy, simply turn up! 

If you're looking to sell: Market Day is free to attend but spaces are limited so you must register via the link above.

Sellers
Doors will open for sellers at 4:45PM. Please register to secure a table. We will give you a place to sell your items. If you register and can no longer attend, please inform us so that we can give your table space to another seller.

Here are a few tips for sellers:

• You are responsible for your own gear- we are only giving you space to sell your items. We advise you to come a little earlier to get yourself a space.
• Bring change for your customers! The nearest cash machine is at A4 Space around the corner in the Avenue.
• Market Day is for individual sellers only, please understand that GPP is geared to maintaining it as a community event. For this reason, companies, commercial entities or individual photography-goods businesses are not permitted to sell or promote at Market Day.
